i have been building bicycles under the name Old Field Cycles for around ten years. i learned to weld using junk bikes at the local community bike shop. i then spent time building at Organic Engines, a small recumbent company which no longer exists. from there i moved into a small workshop located in a space below my home and have been building bikes there ever since. for a time i was building bicycles exclusively, now i spend my time between building bikes and running a small restaurant.
