Cable guides (Locating from either end of tube)

When the option to display cable guides and holes for internal routing was first introduced in BikeCAD version 12.5, these entities were always located from one end of the tube. In BikeCAD version 13, we have the switch ends icon allowing the cable guides or holes for internal routing to be located from either end of the tube.
