The location of the front caliper brake is defined by the position of the brake hole in the fork. The position of the brake hole in the fork is defined by dimension K in the Fork dialog box.
Positioning rear caliper brakes is done by controlling the location of the seat stay or chain stay bridges. This is explained at: bikecad.ca/bridges.
