AMPP = All Mountain Park'n Play
Attempring to make a playful steel bike, equivalent to Orang p7, Norco Torrent or Trek Stache.
Goal is a fairly slack head end, ultra-short rear and still maintaining the abiity to climb.
Thinking it would be grat as a packbike as well.
Long and slack enough to be stable, short read and not to slack seatstay to be a decent climber.

Tapered headsets (E2)
Boost hubs (148/110)
Rock Shocks Yari 120mm front, the tire gives the rest.
Some 11 or 12 speed groupset (SLX?)
Accomodation to 40mm rims and full 3" tires.
