ST, STA, horizontal TT, HTA, fork offset, estimated BB drop (assuming 650B x 38) CS taken from the drawing.
Trail is 35mm rather than 45mm shown in drawing.
Seat height set to 718, Marc Rosenbaum's size.
Stem set to 60 gives handlebar(x) = 423.
Non ergo bars with slight uptilt illustrated for a tasteful, historically accurate Fred look.
This is a variation to provide a 700C design.
TT to 535 is shortened by dropping HTA to 71.5. Rake 73 yields 40mm trail, right in the middle of "low trail". 80mm stem.
