Overall length top of head tube to dropout

I am fully aware of the large number of dimensions already available in BikeCAD.
Still I have a request for another dimension.

When I have designed a bike with a headset and fork, it will happen more than once the framebuilder has got to deliver a higher headset or a fork with a higher crown other than designed.
Allterations with effects for head tube length.

I have noticed framebuilders prefer to know the aggregate dimension head tube length plus headset height + fork length (AC) over the three separate dimensions.
But I could not find this dimension in BikeCAD as yet.
