I realize this request is a bit over the top, but I figure since you can adjust the color of every other conceivable option, it would be nice to have this option as well. Maybe the issue is that nipples are not really visable in bikecad in general?
Nipple colour
I had actually contemplated adding such an option. As you point out, before I can let people modify the nipple colour, I'd have to actually show the nipples. One of the reasons I held off on doing that is that some spokes actually have the nipples at the hub end instead of the rim. In consideration of this, should I then present the option to show the nipples at either end of the spoke? Should I be allowing people to control the length and diameter of the nipples as well? As a rule, I like to give people full control of things, but at the same time, I don't want all these options to be overwhelming.
My current focus is on the development of a tandem option within BikeCAD. So this nipple idea will have to sit on the back burner for a little while. In the meantime, any thoughts on this are welcome.
