I'm trying to model some Nitto Albatross handlebars. The Custom handlebar window allows me to start from Drop, Mountain, or Bullhorn. I can't figure out a way to get the dimensions I need starting with any of these.
Help?

Nitto Albatross Handlebars
I used the mountain handlebar option to model a pair of Nitto Albatross handlebars as shown below.
As a reference, I used the following drawing from the Rivendell website.
