I'd like to be able to print out a list of the dimensions I've chosen to display and their values. Or...to open a separate window which would display this information dynamically.

This is the idea behind the option to export a CSV file from BikeCAD. For more, see: bikecad.ca/exporting_csv_file. I'm open to implementing an alternative to this, but I'm curious to know what your end goal is. Is the selection of dimensions you want to show values for going to change regularly?
