I tried to install v. 18, and got the "cant create jvm" error.
Should I delete the BikeCAD 13 folder?
I installed a new version of Java and still get the error. I also get it with V13, which had previously been running fine.
Windows really didn't want me to install it, I'm not sure if they are keeping it from running or not.
Removing old versions
I'm sorry to hear about this trouble. You do not need to have Java installed to run BikeCAD on a PC. The issue can be resolved as described at: bikecad.ca/removing_old_versions.
