I have just gone to install the recent upgrade to 12.5 on my recently upgraded to Win 10 machine.
It comes up and shows the install screen, and Part 1 of 4, but doesn't progress past that. On Windows 7 you could right click and 'Run as Admin' when it got stuck here,but no option exits on Win 10, that I have yet found.
Do you have any ideas?

Remember to extract the setup file first
I suspect you may not have actually extracted the executable setup file. There's an explanation of this at: bikecad.ca/extract_file_first.
