Having trouble with downloading one of the designs that you have in your library.The problem is that my current version 11.4 doesn't seem to recognize the file that I downloaded. Do I need to update to the current version?
File compatibility
You're correct. If you use the latest version of BikeCAD, you'll be able to open any BCAD file. If you use an older version of BikeCAD, there is no guarantee that newer BCAD files will open.
It's always free to update to the latest version of BikeCAD. Check the following links to see what's been added to version 12 and version 13.
