i've been using pro for about 18 months with no issues, today when i try and export a design to pdf it comes up a with a java error, i've updated Java but still the same issue. Any ideas anyone?
Exporting PDFs
There was an issue that affected Mac users in version 14.0. However, that issue has been resolved.
It looks like you're using a PC, so this issue wouldn't have pertained to you. I'd be curious to investigate the model for which you're having this problem. Could you send me a copy of the BCAD file?
On another note, the Mac and PC versions of BikeCAD Pro do not require Java. All necessary Java resources are built into the program. So if you would prefer, you can safely remove Java from your system.
