Yes, there is. Turn on the display of your title block. This will give you a border around your design. If you select the A4 aspect ratio, that border will be the correct aspect ratio for your A4 sheet. If you have the display of the wheels turned off, you can use negative values for the left, right and bottom free space fields to eliminate the empty space around your frame.
