BikeCAD 24 launch problem

Same, although I have 23.3 installed beside 24 instead of 23.2.

Splash screen appears. Says it's, "Extracting configuration files," and after several seconds, says, "Can't extract configuration files," and after several more seconds, the splash screen disappears and the program does not open. The loading bar moves a little, once per message.

I'm very sorry. The PC version was accidentally released with a mislabelled configuration folder. I recommend uninstalling that version and downloading version 24.1 which has now taken the place of version 24.0 in your download links.

Mac and Linux users should not have any issues with 24.0.
