Crash

It looks as though you've downloaded the PC version of BikeCAD Pro. There aren't many known reasons for it to crash. Did you just do a basic installation of version 10 or did you also copy some of your preferences over from the last version as described here?

The only scenario I'm aware of that could cause issues is if you set your default start template to a non-singlespeed design with the chain or derailleur showing. There's a discussion of that at: bikecad.ca/comment/699#comment-699

If this doesn't resolve your issue, please describe what you're seeing when you say the program crashes.

Hello Brent

Hello Brent

thanks for your answer. I found the problem is related with an amd antialiasing problem and Java.

I found the answer here: http://java.com/en/download/help/blank_controlpanel.xml

Cause when i tried to access to the Java control i got the same display errors.

v11 for Mac just locked up on me

AARGH! I just lost about an hour's work due to a lock up.The 'about' box indicated v11, running Java 1.6.0_65 on Mac OS X 10.9.2

I was in the Fork configuration, the app has been happily running for many hours? Running v11 and I'm just posting this for awareness. The java process went nuts on the CPU and the app was unresponsive (I get 'Force Quit' not 'Quit' in the Dock's context menu for the app).

I've been making a list of things to find or request, ironically, I'd put Auto Save on there about an hour ago, right after I'd done my last save :(
