I just came on to update an old design of mine, but had forgotten my password. I requested a new password and as I was changing that, decided to chenge my username too.
Now I'm unable to locate any of my designs. Have they vanished without trace? Have I simply opened a fresh account instead? If so, my old username is no longer being recognised. Could I have somehow overwritten my old account?
None of the designs are in the public design archive, so unfortunately, I cant locate them that way.
I have jpeg files of the designs, but nothing I can continue to work on.
Do I have to start all over again?
Any help much appreciated.
My Designs
There should be no problem changing your username. Your old designs should still be associated with your account regardless of your username. I can confirm that your current account is not a new one as it has existed on BikeCAD.ca for approximately 11 months.
I'm not sure what might have caused your designs to disappear. Your JPEG images may be helpful if the original file names were retained. If the image file name is just some number, your BikeCAD model could still be on the system and filed by the same number as that of the image.
If you'd like some help with this, please email me whatever information you have and I'll see what I can do.

The JPEG had not been renamed and the image number was enough to find exactly what I was after.
Back to work on building that dream bike now :-)
