Sometimes when I change the angle of a tube or a specific dimension that changes a tube position I get a residual image of the tubes prior location. I cannot make that previous tube image disappear. I am seeing the new position of the tube and the old postition simultaneously.
Any ideas on how to remove residual tube images?
Snapshot tool is disabled by default in version 13
This is most likely due to the accidental use of the snapshot tool. This has been such a common issue that I actually disabled the snapshot tool in version 13. Have you updated to version 13 yet? If you are using version 13, but copied your old properties.xml file over from an earlier version, you will most likely still have the snapshot tool enabled.
