sloping toptube

How do I slope the toptube with an effective seattube length of 58 c-c. When I set the slope on the toptube it changes the headtube length. Is it possible to change that so it alters the seattube length?

Sloping top tube

In BikeCAD, seat tube length is always a driving dimension. Although you do have the choice of whether to drive seat tube length by a center to center measurement or by a center to top measurement, you currently cannot drive it by effective seat tube length.
