remove the ghost bike that is showing behind the current design

How do you get the standard / ghost bike to not display after I have adjusted the frame sizing?

Ghost bike in background

It sounds like you've unintentionally applied the snapshot tool. That's described at: bikecad.ca/snapshot. You can remove the image permanently by selecting File >> Remove photo.
