Modern MTB wheel sizes

Hi,

I just downloaded the newest version of BikeCAD, but was disapointed to see the same options for standard wheel sizes for MTB bikes.  Maybe I'm missing someting, but with the explosion of bikes being built around 29er plus, and 27.5 x 3.0 I would have expected to see these in the standards.  Also rear axle spacing has moved way beyond 135mm on many bikes, some updated standards there would be nice.

thanks

Standard tire sizes

I'm always happy to receive feedback and suggestions for new features in BikeCAD. In a way, it's encouraging that I'm getting more and more of these as it suggests the program is gaining in popularity. However, I regret that the volume of ideas is simply too great for me to implement all of them. With that in mind, if there's an improvement that someone else can make to the program on their own I will usually leave that task for others and focus my attention on programming tasks. This was the reason I setup BikeCAD so builders could add their own component specs to the program. This is explained at: bikecad.ca/standard_parts_library.

Of course, I recognize the inefficiency of all builders entering their own component specs when so many are using the same parts. This is why I've setup a spot on the forum for people to share that sort of data. I regret that that's never really taken off, but I'll invite people right now to post the specs for their favourite tires below. If you provide the name of the tire along with the diameter and width, I'll be sure to add it to the next update of BikeCAD.

Sounds good, thanks for the
