I can't launch the free version of the app and I followed the steps you wrote in the FAQ. I see Cherpj runtime ready then Graphics system is initializing then Loading... and nothing after that.

Am I the only one?

It sounds like you're on track there. I suspect you just need to give it a bit more time to load. Failing that, while it should work on any browser, it would be worth trying it on another browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

I'm on Chrome and I also tried Explorer. Maybe Firefox then...

Can't launch free version too in Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

I realize this might be cold comfort for anyone not able to run the free version, but here is the above bike loaded on Firefox on my Android phone. The free version is extremely slow on a phone, so I don't recommend it. However, I think it's important to emphasize that the free version does take a very long time to launch. After the word "Loading..." has disappeared from the screen, it is common for the screen to remain totally blank for a minute or two before the program finally appears.
