Since you have BikeCAD Pro, you can actually save your designs to your account on BikeCAD.ca directly from BikeCAD Pro. Just obtain your key from: bikecad.ca/bikecad_pro_key. Saving online from BikeCAD Pro is described at: bikecad.ca/opening_and_saving_online.

Thanks for passing on your file. Because your design was a tandem, the file size was larger than the limit I had set earlier. I have now increased the size limit on uploaded files, so it would now work for you to upload your tandem design.

Glad to see you have already managed to upload your design directly from BikeCAD Pro. That remains the approach I would recommend.
