Hi
New user of bikecad pro building my 2nd frame, my first frame was built using Coumbus Zona and lugs. My frame building knowledge is very low, so i decided to purchase a set of Columbus Max tubing and to try and build my first fillet brazed frame, which will have a 50mm x68mm bb, 44mm x 170mm head tube and the Allotec c64 dropouts, i will also extend the seattub and headtube (like the Edwig Van Hooydonck Colnago frame)

Hi there,
I am running bikecad pro 18 and when I search open design from bikecad file, it doesn't allow me to open folders. I never had this issue with my apple laptop, but with the mac it's been an issue since the begining and I'm fed up with it now. Sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesn't. I have to try to open it, come out, go back in and try to open it, then go back in and then eventually, sometimes it will open. I'm running 2022 apple M1 MAX and bikecad 18. Any help appreciated. I would habe thought bugs would have been ironed out by now.

Hi Brent,
When viewing the seat stays at the dropouts in the auxiliary view, the "edge to edge at rear" dimension gives a value higher (177) than what I'm getting when placing the stays on the dropouts in my frame jig (~167). I use this dimension to set up my seat stay mitering fixture. I believe this inconsistency is causing a small problem with the calculated miter angles on both ends of the stays.

With the weight part, can you please add a material selection option? Though it may already be there, and I havn't found it yet
Thnaks,

Hi,
I am having a problem with modelling a handlebar based on the sweep and rise figures in degrees. Am I missing something? If so, is there a solvent less damaging that acetone?
sorry if this has been dealt with somewhere,
Mathias

Hi Brent. I am trying to update to the latest version. When I click on files in my account, it says there is nothing there, nothing downloaded or purchased. I bought Bikecad in late 2018, maybe early 2019. Ive never updated so figure i should ! Thanks, Paul.

Hi Brent,
I downloaded version 20.1. The AI feature sounds really cool, however when I click on the brain icon the window that appears shows a spinning wheel but nothing happens. I let it do its thing for 10 minutes but it was still spinning. Does this feature take a while to process?
FYI I'm running this on Mac OS 13.6.1 Ventura.
Thanks for your help.
Nick
