How (or can) the reference point for measuring the position of watter bottle drillings (to be used for a direct mount top tube bag in this case) be changed to reference the headtube delta instead of from the seat post? Similarly, when a cage is positioned, can it's direction be reversed (eg to "point" in the other direction for instance for the top of the bottle to be positioned facing the seat tube or vice versa when there's the bottle cage on the top of the top tube.

Hi all,
Is there any way to fix the dimensions of the frame and look at how different fork geomety affects frame angles and trail, etc. My particular interest is in looking at HTA and trail based on fork ATC or offset changes, but probably could also be applied to suspension.
Is this a feature anywhere? Or a way to hack it?

I've tried to export to Free CAD and my bike doesn't show up when I follow export steps.
Am I missing a setting or step before I export?

I have made myself familiair with FreeCAD/PartDesign/Sketcher.
I know about Bodies, AxleCrosses, Pads, Sketches, DatumPlanes, etc.
I know how to activate a Body. But I do not see any Bodies in the Model Tree of a Bike design which I exported from BikeCAD.
I wanted to create a DatumPlane in the front fork. And turn the front wheel independent from the other parts of the bike. In order to get a better understanding of the steering behaviour of the bike.
Do I have to install another WorkBench, like Assembly ?

I am curious if anyone has experienced this. I went to recent bike cad files, and clink on a recent drawing, and I get this:
C:\Users\Blues\Documents\Truman1.Bcad
There are three finished drawings that were there last week, but are no longer found. Any thoughts? Thanks for any info on this!

Curious if anyone has used outputs from BikeCAD to setup a Brew Bike Jig and had any issues? It should be pretty straight forward using STA, HTA, BB drop, and head tube bottom (from bottom of the head tube to axel). Something (at least for me) seems off with either the BB drop or the head tube bottom when setting up this jig and was curious if I'm doing somethign wrong.

HI,
is it possible to get some clue from bikecad pro where to place mitering template for left chainstay with this flatmont dimple?
To arange right disance from axle for 160mm rotors.
And also what is the best dim to use for templates of seatstay/ chainstay overall. I did not find any kind of "miter to miter tip".
I'm beginner in BC
Thank you

Hi, I wasn't able to find a dimension that would show the total length of a bike - maybe not only the length with tires, but just the longest dimension there is on the modelled bike, with bars, fenders, racks etc. To see this calculated live would help me when designing cargobikes, but would probably be informative for any non-traditional bikes or minivelos, anything weirdly long or short really.
Am I overlooking something? Thanks a lot.
