Hi,
After running the installation (WIN10) bikecad pro 64 bit, the program opens and works.
But when I close the program, it's not installed on my computer. Not in the /users/appdata/roaming/ or any location on my hard drive.
I do use "run as administrator" .
Does anyone have a solution?
Marco

Hi, I can't open some older BikeCAD files after updating my intel macOS to Big Sur. Some files open just fine in BikeCAD 16, but a few, which were probably saved with some kind of subwindow opened, all look like the one attached after I open them. The text field of the Steering angle window flickers a bit and everything in BikeCAD freezes. It accepts no commands from the keyboard or mouse and you can only force quit. I have tried downloading BikeCAD 16 again, but no change.

I'll try to make this question make sense - I use the Fit Advisor rendering of the rider to judge the fit on the frame, in particular, the seat tube angle with respect to the rider's knee position over the crank. With the carnk in the 0 degree (horizontal) position, I take a line through the pedal spindle up vertically through the rider's knee. I usually do this by dragging the Stack dimension over. Then I look to see if the knee is forward or back of the pedal spindle and adjust the seat angle as desired.

Hello guys, the last time I used this software was 12 years ago, was it bike tree, or forest? cant remember where I first tried it,
I have this model, but wanted to fix the geometry of some sizes, size 53 and 50 is ok, we want a size 56 and 59, and 47, trying at best to still make this bike the entry bike for bike shops around,
there seems to be 1-2 cm different between actual and my use with the program, not sure if it was the tyres or something else,

Just upgrade the studios computers to the new Apple M1 chipset and running Pro 16.0.
When the app loads in comes up ok but then as soon as i try to perform any function the screen starts flickering and the app become unresponsive.
Is there a patch ? or some work around to this.
Thanks
Greg

Hi there, I noticed that in Drivetrain when I have centerlines shown and battery location is 'None', the centerlines for the battery bosses are still shown. It seems like they will remain from wherever the last battery location was. They aren't needed for bikes that have internal batteries. Any hints on how to get rid of these lines?

Curious if anyone knows how to pull an angle up on the drawings: 2nd miter for the top tube notch when the top tube interects a downtube at head tube. Thx -Vince

Hi,
Can you assist in the parameters I need to input in the chain stay dialogue box for a Columbus chain stay drawing? I am assuming using method 2 for a curve chain stay is what is required but I cannot figure out the radius numbers.
Many thanks,
Steve
