Problem when saving online - java.io.FileNotFoundException

I'm trying to save a design using the File > Save Online menu option, but after filling in the details and clicking the submit button, I'm getting the following messages in the problem log:

Fri Jan 18 15:32:01 GMT-00:00 2019 :: Trouble exporting file

Fri Jan 18 15:32:01 GMT-00:00 2019 :: java.io.FileNotFoundException: https://www.bikecad.ca//saveBCAD.php

Is anyone else experiencing this, or know how to fix it?

Problem when opening file

Hello,

I have a problem when I'm trying to open my bicycles design (existing local file) : BikeCad Pro (version 14.0) doesn't open my file but instead open the generic "blue road bikecad bicycle". I'm having this problem on my both computers (Windows 7 and Windows 10).

Is anyone else experiencing this, or know how to fix it ?

Best regards,

Opening corrupt file

I suspect the file you are trying to open might be corrupt. Could you send me the file so I can investigate?

I have this problem with all

I have this problem with all the files.

I sent you an email with few files. Thank you.

Opening files

The confusion here has been resolved over email.

There are various ways to open BCAD files in BikeCAD Pro. In the File menu, one can select Open design from BCAD file or Open recent BCAD file to select a locally stored file. One can also drag and drop a file into the main BikeCAD window. Files can also be stored and retreived online as described at: bikecad.ca/opening_and_saving_online.

However, you cannot double click on a BCAD file to open it in BikeCAD. You also cannot right click on a BCAD file and select Open with > BikeCAD.
