BikeCAD Pro version 20.1 was released November 22, 2023. Version 20.1 includes the following enhancements:
- Double click on a BikeCAD file to open it in BikeCAD.
- New AI feature to approximate frame weight as well as In-plane, transverse and eccentric loading.
- New disc brake mount dimensioning scheme.
- Display bottle cages independent of bottles.
- Display logos on crank arms.
- Use water bottle dialog box to represent custom sized frame mounted battery.
- Populate a table by importing data from a CSV file.
- Locate water bottle bosses with respect to either end of the tube.
- Display parallelogram style flat pedals.
- Display dashed lines between points along with dimensions (or instead of dimensions).
- Model curved stay bridges.
- New option for attaching seat stays to seat tube.
- Account for T-type derailleur mounting.
- Miter template enhancements.
- Bulk export models in PDF and SVG format.
- Option to show flat top chains.
- Added additional dimensions to assist with mitering to tapered head tubes.
- Display angle of attack.
- Dimensions added for Escuela Tecnica de la Bicicleta frame building fixture.
- Several new dropouts added including Allotec C40.
- Option to remove hub from wheel display.
- More torso shapes added to Fit advisor and gender selection was removed.

BikeCAD Pro version 20.5 was released February 12, 2024. Version 20.5 includes the following enhancements:
- Change the direction of water bottle cages for unconventional frames.
- Improved method for defining dropout spacing accounting for thru axle, Boost and Super Boost standards.
- Added more standard dropouts and yokes.
- Additional brand logos.
BikeCAD Pro version 20.6 was released March 2, 2024. Version 20.6 includes the following enhancements:
- Added more standard dropouts and yokes.
- Additional brand logos.
