Rigid fork design

BikeCAD Feature Request

Would it (or is it) possible to have a rigid fork design with a drop out not on the centerline?

It would be the equivilant of the T dimension on a suspension fork.

Either way could a blade angle of a straight blade fork be obtained from the streerer tube?

Thanks,

Cyco

Rigid fork design

Unfortunately, rigid forks are represented in a somewhat idealized way which does not allow you to offset the dropout from the blade of the fork.

While the blade angle of a straight blade fork is not a default option in the Dimensions dialog box, you can show that with a User dimension as described at: bikecad.ca/user_dimensions.

Since you mentioned suspension forks, be aware that you can select that style of fork, but then uncheck the Suspension checkbox, in case this arrangement better suits your needs.
